Try lighting your stove. Do you have a good flame? If yes, then check igniter and burner tube for rust and/or carbon deposits. Clean and retry.
Check water valves and plugs. They should be in the closed position and the fill valve from the city water to tank should be in the use position. Be sure the water heater is full (open the relief valve to test).
Extend antenna and turn on booster. Go into auto search on the TV menu. Let TV reprogram itself to area channels.
Check all breakers then check your GFI outlets to be sure none are tripped.
Check your fuses in the main panel. For hydraulic slide systems, check for correct position of valves on manifold (located at hydraulic pump). The valve should be in the open position all the way to the right. For an electric slide, check brake lever on motor. It should be in the engage position.

You want to make sure you winterize your recreational vehicle before Environment Canada issues a winter warning or the outside temperatures reaches freezing temperatures. Just follow these simple steps to complete your winterization:
- Drain all your tanks (fresh water tank / black water tank / grey tank / water heater).
- By-pass your water heater - ask our Parts store if you need to purchase a by-pass kit)
- Siphon RV antifreeze out of the antifreeze bottle using your travel trailer's water pump.
- Pump antifreeze through all water faucets and showers (toilet valve too). Do them one at a time to make sure that each water line is now full of antifreeze. Pour some antifreeze down each sink and shower drain (toilet not necessary).
- Remove the 12 volt battery and store it in a warm place where it will not freeze.
Make sure winter by-pass kit is in the summer position not the by-pass position.
A: Unfortunately black streaks are almost impossible to prevent, however gutter extensions, available in our parts/accessories store, help to reduce the amount and severity of the black streaks on campers. We also stock several name brand cleaners which are quite effective with black streaks.
